Shipping and Policies

PACKAGING

Depending on your order I will use either bubble envelops or cardboard boxes. Large prints are shipped flat in rigged cardboard mailers with extra cardboard backing.
Large Prints purchased along with other non flat items will be shipped in a tube.

SHIPPING

I ship out orders Mon thru Fri
Order placed on Friday will be shipped out Monday
Preorders will ship when the items arrive to me and after quality checking.

***UPDATE: US and International orders may be heavily delayed by 1-2 weeks due to the COVID-19 restrictions at the border customs. If your order is time sensitive please upgrade to Tracked Shipping!

Shipping time estimates:

North America: ~10 business days.

International: ~15 business days.

Estimates are usually accurate but may vary; shipping may take up to 6 weeks in rare cases. Please note that once I hand a package to the postal service, I have no control over the actions of the postal service.
In the rare case anything goes wrong your order, please do contact me and I'd be happy to work something out with you!

RETURNS, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATIONS

If you'd like to cancel your order please contact me within 48 hours. I try to ship next day so the sooner the better.

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Returns and exchange details
Items may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping costs if it is returned in the same condition within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Personalized, sale, and promotion items can not be returned.
